It’s happened, folks. Aaron Rodgers has been dethroned as the top-ranked fantasy quarterback by young touchdown machine Patrick Mahomes. The Week 3 matchups – Mahomes vs. San Francisco and Rodgers vs. Washington – have some bearing and there’s a decent chance Mr. Izod will find himself perched atop the rankings in several weeks to come, but Mahomes’ rise is the league’s early story to watch. Rodgers and Mahomes are hardly the only quarterbacks of note. QB completion percentage is at its highest since the 1970 merger, making all leagues more fascinating, especially those of the Superflex variety
See how all the QBs stack up, plus where Josh Gordon fits in, and whether anyone has infiltrated the elite running backs. As always, my rankings will be updated frequently through kickoff Sunday, so please check back often.
