Isaiah Crowell lands endorsement deal after butt wipe TD celebration

Touchdowns celebrations have been far less creative this season than they were a year ago when the NFL relaxed its rules. One notable exception was Isaiah Crowell’s “butt wipe” after a scoring against the Browns in Week 3. Crowell drew a flag for the inappropriate use of a football as toilet paper, and was fined $13,369 for the incident.

But turns out Crowell is having the last laugh, or, er, last wipe. Crowell has been tabbed as a spokesman for a company called DUDE Wipes which bills itself as a toilet paper substitute for men.

The company may be a relative unknown to most but has a very familiar name as part-owner. In Season 7 the founders of Dude Wipes went on Shark Tank and got Mark Cuban to invest $300,000 for a 25% stake in the gender-specific toilet paper.

While Jets head coach Todd Bowles was furious after the Jets-Browns game, Crowell didn’t exactly express regret for his antics, “I was just having fun. You gotta have fun. If you’re not having fun with what you do, you might as well stop doing it. That’s how I feel about it.”

There are probably a lot of fun things one can do with made-for-men toilet paper.
