Just Say Eww - Big Ben Pickup Lines

Yesterday, via Twitter I was sent a link to a blog article titled Sleazy Pickup Lines from Ben Roethlisberger. The author, Keith Smooth is a self-described “acclaimed comedy writer” so I decided to check out his piece and was not disappointed.  I agree with Keith that there should be no assumption of guilt thrown toward Big Ben unless his latest legal entanglement ends in a guilty verdict (or with overwhelming  OJ-esque evidence).  But I disagree that we can now unequivocally appoint Big Ben the driver of the douche bus. Sure Big Ben’s image is probably shot for good, but how many other single athletes go to clubs and hit hard on women -- if that's our definition of douchebaggery? Uh, every. single. one.

Back to Mr. Smooth’s comedic stylings, I did thoroughly enjoy some of the concocted pick-up lines.  Sure, you had your obviously BIG Ben joke, but he had several gems in there that I wanted to share with all of you.  Especially smooth is his interweaving of football terminology and icons.  Judge for yourself and offer up additional suggestions if you’d like.
