Let’s get the gym photos out of the way up front. Here’s a photo of beefcake Redskins safety LaRon Landry that’s been making the rounds.

Most stories ignore that right after that photo was snapped, Landry asked the photographer to help him unscrew the top on that jar of muscle-powder. Got to work more than the glamour muscles, bro.

The citizens of Miami have become the latest group to try wooing Peyton Manning with a fancy billboard. Thanks to the new CBA, the Colts can actually sign their first pick before the draft even happens, as early as today. That means we’ll soon have an idea where Manning and his neck are headed. Watch out, JP Losman!

With the first pick likely getting signed in advance, the big drama for draft day will be what happens with #2, especially with the Rams fielding potential deals from multiple teams. The Rams are in desperate need to move that RG3 pick for some shiny new parts. According to Cold Hard Football Facts, the franchise has spent the last four years sucking to a degree of historic significance.
