The Football Girl is Taking a Field Trip to Indianapolis

This week I, and by association, TFG, embark on unchartered territory: the Scouting Combine.

Other than a lot of white guys with stopwatches, I really don’t know what to expect.  But the opportunity to be around the elite minds of the game is one I can no longer pass up.  Here’s hoping osmosis is in full force.

I also look forward to getting a front row view of some of the players that will help provide the NFL’s future framework.  The Justin Blackmons and Andrew Lucks are obvious, but I’ll be more focused on those diamonds in the rough – particularly those from small schools – and those who narrowly made the Combine invite list.
