NFL Training Camp Roundup for August 15th

Denver Broncos
RG Chris Kuper broke his right forearm in practice yesterday. The team says they expect him back in 4-6 weeks.
Green Bay Packers
Mike McCarthy announced yesterday that WR Greg Jennings would miss Thursday’s game, and would not return until he’s “100 percent.” Jennings suffered a concussion two weeks ago.
Houston Texans
Speedster Trindon Holliday is trying to make the team and become their featured returner. Holliday says he toyed with trying out for the Olympic track team but decided against it since the London games overlapped with the start of training camp.
Miami Dolphins
Joe Philbin has announced that Ryan Tannehill will start at least one of the remaining preseason games in an effort to select a regular season starting quarterback. The team’s next game is Friday against the Panthers.
Pittsburgh Steelers
CB Ike Taylor and WR Antonio Brown have already been in two fights this training camp. The two say all is forgiven and even had breakfast together this week. Brown picked up the check.
San Francisco 49ers
Some teams are still figuring out their starting quarterbacks. While the 49ers have that wrapped up, there is still a battle for the backup spot between Colin Kaepernick, Josh Johnson and Scott Tolzien. Kaerpernick is the leader, Jim Harbaugh said yesterday
