Broaddus, a 13-year scouting veteran has held scouting positions for the Cowboys, Packers, Jaguars, and Eagles. Listen as Broaddus explains the makeup of scouting departments, how an NFL Draft board is concocted, and how you can become a scout. Plus he has some good Brett Favre anecdotes from his days as a Packers scout.
